Central Fare, the Miami Locally-Focused Food Collective, Opens in June

In downtown Miami, a locally-focused food collective opens mid-June at the Brightline MiamiCentral featuring twelve different concepts.

The Central Fare team announces the highly anticipated opening of  Central Fare food collective mid-June 2025 at MiamiCentral, a dynamic mixed-use development at the heart of downtown Miami. The food collective will open with twelve different concepts, which will be announced over the coming weeks, showcasing the city’s diverse culinary scene through outposts of chef-driven favorites.

“The Central Fare and Brightline teams look forward to introducing Central Fare to MiamiCentral, which will be a gathering place for those living, working, and visiting downtown Miami, and also a platform for Miami’s most creative restaurateurs to introduce new concepts and iterations of local favorites,” said Patrick Goddard, CEO of Brightline Florida. “We embrace the role MiamiCentral plays in the downtown ecosystem and are committed to delivering a culinary and lifestyle experience through Central Fare that downtown Miami can call its own.” 

A culinary incubator of ideas and community, Central Fare will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beyond, offering grab-and-go, fast-casual, and more formal options, including corporate and residential catering services from some of Miami’s most creative culinary minds. The expansive food collective also features approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of private event space for special events and functions.

Curated with a neighborhood-first approach, the food hall caters to the nearly 100,000 residents living within close proximity or a short metro mover ride of MiamiCentral. Central Fare also serves the numerous office buildings located within downtown Miami and the Brickell area, including 2 MiamiCentral, situated directly above, and the adjacent 3 MiamiCentral, along with the surrounding neighborhood, which features government offices and the courthouse. The main entrance is located at the corner of Northwest Fifth Street and First Avenue; however, the food collective will also be accessible through Brightline’s main station entrance on Sixth Street.
